หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Analyze customer data and develop customer strategies to better customer needs
• Follow customer feedback and develop plans to resolve issues and make improvements
• Track all processes related to the customer
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers
• Survey the market, find business opportunities to increase sales
• Control and manage products in the correct and appropriate position
• Coordinate with all parties involved (inside and outside the company)
• Prepare reports and presentations for executives

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Sales or equivalent experience
• 5 years' Sales experience (Sale Modern trade (MT), Traditional Trade (TT) in FMCG Brand products, Inter Brand Products)
• Have leadership, training, and support teamwork
• Have vision, ability, and online marketing creativity as well
• Able to teamwork and good communication
• If you have experience in marketing (Modern trade), experience in selling products supplements for health and beauty will be special consideration
