Our Company

Established in 1997, Koan Co., Ltd. has since become one of the biggest distributors for iPod Machintoch accessories in Thailand. Over the years, we have maintained and expanded our retail networks throughout the country, through both our own retail channels, as well as our partners. During the years of growth for Apple Inc. products, our company has grown from 1 to 6 retail stores in the heart of Bangkok. Our retail locations, through our sister company called Copperwired include the iStudio at Siam Paragon, J Avenue, and Central World, Siam Discovery, Digital Gateway and an iBeat at Silom Complex. In addition, we operate our very own iPod showroom cum retail outlet in collaboration with True Move at Siam Square, where we feature the latest products from the major international accessory makers that we represent. In addition, our retail networks include Apple authorized resellers in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket and Samui among others, as well as Thailand's largest electronic chain store, Powerby by Central Group. Our most recent inclusion of the chained True Coffee shops across the country is adding to our expanding retail channels for the products that we represent.

In addition to commitment to our suppliers/partners, we are committed to our retail partners, as well as the endusers as we try our utmost to bringing both the best products and services with the guarantee and assistance when requested upon. In addition, as the market place becomes more competitive due to increasing availability of the products competing for the same channel, Koan has been successful to initiate several new channels untapped by others.
